Our Experienced Care Managers
We have a team of experienced Care Managers looking after our residents every day of the week. They are all very knowledgeable and competent in how to keep people safe and to ensure that they are well looked after in the way that they choose.
Each resident has their own named Care Manager, each of which have a range of skills and experience in looking after older people. They can offer their knowledge, reassurance and empathy in order to provide an efficient response to any concerns. They can also arrange for assistance with medications, help with organising appointments, make referrals to relevant healthcare professionals, provide first aid and requesting emergency assistance if required.
Our residents decide how much assistance they would like with their medical affairs and are free to choose their own General Practitioner. In cases of minor illness, residents will be carefully looked after by our own staff, with any specialised nursing care provided by the local District Nurses and medical needs addressed by their own General Practitioner.

Our Care Managers are responsible for ensuring the quality of care received. In order to do this they will meet with their named resident at least once a month to discuss their care, housekeeping and catering needs and overall plan of care. They will respond to any changing requirements and address any concerns or issues raised.

Without exception everyone, whether experienced or otherwise, was professional, kind and considerate. Never once did I hear or see anything untoward. I think it is testament to the professionalism and genuine commitment of all your staff.”
