Taking Care of Your Needs
Needless to say our residents no longer have to worry about things like council tax, utility bills and maintenance issues. We provide a working telephone so there will not be the need to have a line installed or pay line rental charges. Residents are billed for outside calls at standard BT rates.
We provide many special touches to make things as straight forward as possible for our residents, these include a personal laundry service, a courtesy car service laid on for GP and hospital appointments, regular visits by clergy, as well as our busy in-house activities programme.

We can also make arrangements for: dry cleaning, newspapers and magazines to be delivered, and for visiting hairdressers, beauticians, chiropodists, opticians and remedial therapists to call at the home. Special outings to theatres and cinemas, and external leisure classes can be arranged at the resident’s request.
Personal requisites, such as, stationery, toiletries and confectionery are available from the weekly in-house shop and other personal requirements can be ordered via our in-house shopping service. Residents can opt to be taken to local shops by their personal enabler.
Personal Enabling Service
In order for our residents to maintain independence, we offer a range of enabling services which can be tailored to the resident's individual requirements. Our in-house enablers help residents to continue to do things which they might struggle to do on their own. We can also arrange for an enabler to accompany a resident so that they can continue with the interests and hobbies that they enjoy most. This might be shopping, visiting friends, trips out or anything else they would like assistance with.
