Experience in care, catering or housekeeping is not essential for most roles as full training will be given, but high standards, self-motivation, common sense, and a desire to work with older people is essential. In return we offer favourable rates of pay based upon experience and qualifications, and the opportunity to be supported through NVQ qualifications.
