Afternoon tea at Exmouth Pavillion We had a lovely afternoon tea at the Pavillion, followed by a stroll along Exmouth sea front. Then we found a nice shady shelter to watch the world go by!

http://www.exmouthjournal.co.uk/news/old-vicarage-residential-care-home-holds-annual-summer-fete-attracting-more-than-200-people-1-5571140 A lovely evening for a stroll over to the Church for an uplifting Song of Praise service. We had the pleasure of meeting our new Vicar and his wife and looking forward to welcoming them to The Old Vicarage soon. We had to take the opportunity to have one last look at those lovely flower arrangements again! What a special evening.
Looking through all our lovely photos. Sherry party was a nice excuse to look through all our great photos from the coffee morning this year. The excitement was over all too soon last week, so it was great to re-live it again over a few glasses of sherry before lunch.
We had more than a few challenges, high winds and rain while we were setting up (we even had a fly away gazebo at one point - see picture) but once the gates opened and people arrived, we had some lovely sunshine and so many friendly faces! A huge thank you to our volunteers who have been wonderful again this year, one of them won the celebration cake and generously donated it back to the residents for their afternoon tea! It has been a great year, we can't think of a nicer way to celebrate our 30th coffee morning in the company of such lovely people. Thank you to Otterton Primary School for their display of country dancing - wonderful as ever!
We are so proud of all the hard work and talent that has gone into making all these gifts over the past year. You don't realise just how busy we've been until we put it all together. It'll be a lovely looking stall this year, well done everyone!
Summer has arrived! Time for our sheep to get their big heavy coats off. Just the mums that were in for shearing as the lambs (and us!) watched all the action. The girls are back in the field and happy now, ready for summer - a little bit lighter and cooler. A big thank you to Graham the Shepherd who made it all look so easy!
