It was lovely to hold our annual staff meeting where we all come together to share good ideas and take part in some of our essential training. This year we focused on our 'Ethos & Philosophy' with our staff deciding on our 'Top 10' priorities. See the concentration on their faces as they decided - what makes the Old Vicarage the special place it is? We also had a chance to discuss Human Rights and how to provide non-discriminatory care, that is inclusive and welcoming to all. A lovely occasion and a chance to put our heads together and the world to rights again! Also a big congratulations to our long service award recipients - four members of staff that have over 70 years of working at The Old Vicarage between them - lucky us!!
